Is the Impress priced like a bargain right now?

Our reading of the Impress is typical: the current tag sits close to where this machine has spent most of the last 90 days, and the 90-day low is not meaningfully below it. The Impress is an assisted-tamp espresso machine with a grinder built into the same chassis. Two things follow from that description.
